Cancellation & Refunds

Try it first, free
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, with no card needed, so you can run a real bid before paying anything. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; the account simply becomes read-only until you choose a plan.
Cancel any time
In the app, open Settings → Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can cancel, switch plans, change your card and download invoices. There is no phone call or cancellation fee.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
- After that the account becomes read-only: your projects stay there to view and export, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
- Switching between plans, or between monthly and yearly, takes effect straight away and is prorated by Stripe.
Refunds
- Monthly plans are not refunded for a partly used month; cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
- Yearly plans can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the first yearly charge. After that, a yearly plan runs to the end of its year and is not refunded for unused months.
- Forgot to cancel? If a renewal went through that you did not mean to keep, and you have not used the account since, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Billing mistakes — a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled — are always refunded in full.
- If we end your account without cause, we refund any prepaid time you have not used (see our Terms of Service).
Refunds go back to the card that paid, and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Nothing here limits any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
Asking for a refund
